I agree with you. All though I do enjoy going to the gum it takes up so much time in my daily life. When I was reading a new edition of seventeen I found this work out and you start to see results in less than a week.Larry Williams / Getty Images
Tooth Brush Wall Squats
Instead of standing over the sink while you’re brushing your teeth, stand against a wall with your legs extended out about two feet from the wall. Slowly bend your knees to slide down the wall until you reach a seated position.
Good Luck and please follow me if this was helpful

Sit ups, jumping jacks, and squats. I'm not going to lie-- it's not fun. But if you want to get toned it's what you need to do.

If you live in MA or near BOSTON or NORTH ATTLEBORO this is the perfect place to go!
I was about 140 After high school and hated the gym. When I started this I loved it! I've been doing it for a year and I am 119!! And I am so toned!
I am currently a boxing instructor at this gym :)

Going to fitness classes are awesome, I do a spinning class and I love it, as for getting toned its all about muscle excercise. Start with doing some push-ups ab workouts and lunges or squats for legs. The more you use those muscles and work them the more toned mixed with cardio.

Be sure you are also stretching after you workout in order to have balance between muscle groups.

Yeah, don't forget about stretching. Also, start off slow. Just because you have the stamina to keep going doesn't mean you should. I learned that the hard way. I had about 10 days of horrible lower back pain. Build up to full workouts.

Yes, Stephanie is right. The best training zones are either fairly slow (you shouldn't be able to hear yourself breathing), or pretty vigorous...in the middle of those two is less beneficial. You can email me if you have specific questions, I'm studying exercise physiology.
