I love heels and wear them often. I know for photoshoots they're okay (obvi) and formal, but what about just a cute pair of pumps with jeans, or wedges with a summer dress? I feel like it looks like I'm showing of my long legs and I really hate looking like I try too hard. Is it okay for me to wear high heels?

I think it's fine to wear high heels, embrace your height! It won't look like your trying to hard if you wear them with something simple.

Wear what makes you feel great. I'm also 5'9" and can totally understand. But as they say, if you've got it, flaunt it. Also you could always go for a modest kitten heel - my personal choice for comfort since I walk/bike everywhere but also very classy. Just go for it! :)

Lol I'm 6'1 and wear 5 inch heals don't worrry haha I get scared looks cause everyone around here is short af but don't worry about your height do whatever makes you feel beautiful :)
