I need help, what would you be looking for in a person for them to work in your salon? I've had an interview at this salon now I've got the opportunity to work there for a day to see how I get on. They are looking for someone to train up but with a bit of experience. Any help will do. Thankyou in advance!:D.

I would say you should come off very eager to learn and extremely nice. also we go for people really trendy. in our industry, may sound mean, but the way you look will attract your clients. if you have a wild look you will get clients like that, if you look plain, you will get plain clients. not always a bad thing though.
