Ice reduces swelling. You can make your own little ice blocks with green tea in it. Green tea helps reduce redness.

Crush up (uncoated) asprin and make a paste with a couple drops of water, apply to your face and let sit for 10 minutes. Asprin constricts blood vessels, reducing redness and inflammation.
