Red spots on my hands and face?

Does anyone know what causes these? They're not too bad on my face, but I get them on my hands all over.

Do they take a while go? I've had these for a few months now but mine are so skin coloured. Sorry I can't be of any help.

It might be keratosis pilaris, which is also known as chicken skin. And it affects about 40% of the population.
Anyways, Am Lactin has good creams that would help!!
