What colour would suit me? Girls help me please!

Since it'd spring I'd really like a change! I was thinking honey blonde highlights or something lighter but I'm not sure what suis me! At the moment I have dark and blonde highlights even though they don't really show in the picture. I want to keep my hair long so I'm only going to dye it. Opinions, ideas?

ps. I'm definitely not going black, I already had black hair for 2 years!?
