Before I use it when I used to use a bit of foundation on my redness I would wet it and squeeze it till it was damp:) I found that it blended wayyyyy better <3.

Yup..make sure its damn and just dab...it will make your foundation look a lot more sheer than usual though so I don't suggest it if you need full coverage.

Walgreens sells them too. I just bought one on Sunday and while I get an amazing application of my foundation using this sponge, after only 2 days the sponge looks like it burst or something! I went to use it yesterday and was like WHAT THE...! At this rate this thing will be in pieces within a week or two it seems. Such a shame cause I otherwise love it! Definitely prefer this over the Ulta dupe hands down. I have a bunch of BirchBox points so I will probably use some of them to buy the 2-pack of the "real" Beauty Blenders... but not until I check out the one that folks have bought from Marshalls. That one appears to look just like the "real" Beauty Blender except it's purple.

So I sent London Soho an email telling them how much of a failure my sponge was after only a week of use. They responded and requested my address so they could send me a replacement. The sponge they sent is like night and day in comparison to the one I bought! Right out of the box it's softer and the color is more of an electric magenta color. When wet it's much softer than my original one and in its damp state gave me an amazing foundation application. Now that I know all of these London Soho blenders are not alike, I know what to look for the next time I go to purchase another.

Sorry, wasn't sure how the photo would post. The new one is on the left and old one is on the right.
