I always find I get hairline breakouts when I get into a hairspray phase. Also make sure you Are rinsing out your shampoo and conditioner really well!

Mayb the shampoo or conditioner is irrating your skin. try with a more sensitive and less smelling product for a few dayz.

Hairline acne is perfectly normal. Try washing the hairline with warm and adds some topical cream and you're good to go.
