I've heard honey is great for your skin and I want to try it. If anyone knows of any good mask recipes that'd be awesome.

I don't know of any but make sure it's not straight from the bees. I used that once and was super allergic so be careful. ;)

I mix honey into masks... My fav recipe is: 1 tsp honey, 1 tbs high fat plain Greek yogurt (organic if you can) and some cocoa. It's exfoliating, anti aging, moisturizing, and can help fight blemishes an heal scars. It's great!!

I use a honey & lemon mask every night. Mix raw unprocessed honey with organic lemon juice until its like a syrup texture then just spread that evenly all over your face & leave it on for at least 20 minutes. Wash face with cold water. :)

Be careful with the honey masks! For some people (such as myself) when honey is applied topically, it triggers an allergic reaction. (Burning, Swollen cheeks and red blotches) however! When ingested, no allergy!! There are others who have this same issue! If you haven't done a honey mask before, just be aware of how your face is feeling and keep some antihistamine on hand. ;-)

I just used my honey mask last night! :-) I use only raw honey, and I mix in a drop of vitamin E oil. After 10-15 minutes, I re-wet the mask and add on some baking soda to turn it into a gentle scrub, and then wash it all off.

I like using honey and salt! its really good for if you mild acne. It also doesn't dry your skin out because of the honey.

Of course just mix store bought honey with 3 tea spoons of white or brown sugar then slather in face. Reduces dry skin and flakes.
