Any eye cream suggestions?

I believe dark circles are caused from the tiny capillaries being closer to the surface of the skin than others. So I don't think there's a cream that will help. I think concealer is your best bet.

I heard Botox can be used if you suffer from dark circles caused by the capillaries being to close to the skin but I think that's probably pretty expensive.

Be careful pulling your eyes when donning eye liner it causes bruising. use cool/cold eye packs to decrease the bruising and capillaries
