A mild soap, warm water, and wash everyday. Also changing your diet to a healthier one really does help clearly up acne all around. If the problem doesn't seem to aside or worsen then I would see a dermatologist. Of and SLEEP helps a lot lol

I've been using clean & clear morning burst body wash. It's helped mine clear up!! Try that! It's not expensive, smells great, and also exfoliates.

Yes what alysse said clean and clear workssss! I bought it about a month ago and I have NOTHING. I use to get little bumps and would be so embarrassed. definitely recommend it!

Exfoliate! Using a loofa. I had that problem too. But remember to rinse it out well and replace them ever so often. Good luck!
