What to wear with this high-low skirt?

Its more purple than in the picture but not much. I'd say its like a dark magenta. I don't have a white shirt because I don't really like wearing white but I can't find anything else to go with it.

I turned on the flash and it looks way more purple than it actually is but its just to give an estimate that its between those two colors. Definitely closer to the first one though.

Definitely a pale neutral top that has a little pattern to it.

You could wear a grey, black, even light pink top. Any neutral color would work really.
