How do you make your powder out of arrowroot starch?

So sorry, I just saw this! I just use the Beautylish app on my phone and I didn't know I had any notifications! :) Anyway, here's the website with the recipe I use for my powder. I've made it for friends and they say it works just as good or better than Clinique and Bare Minerals! Best part, it's cheap and ALL natural! If you can't find arrowroot, you can sub cornstarch. I don't put as much cocoa as this recipe calls for. I only put 2 tablespoons. It's really blendable though.
