So I have 3 bleached blonde highlights that frame my face in the front and they seem to be a little damaged.. but at this point I'm going to dye my hair dark burgandy.. and I'm scared it will make my hair fall out or something..anyway any opinions on this? Is it safe?

It is safe but just know that if the rest of your hair has never been dyed before the bleached parts will be lighter then the rest. It is best to always do a strand test to see what color your hair will turn out and if you'll like it enough to commit to it. Happy coloring! (:

Actually to be honest if your bleached hair is damaged like you say it is then it's not going to hold color very well... It's over processed and too porous which basically means the cuticle of your hair is lifted from being damaged and when you put color on it the color will wash out quickly because of the cuticle being lifted. Best thing to do now is get some good salon products and wait for it to grow out... Otherwise enjoy damaged hair.
