Fix SPLOTCHY skin??!?

Even though I wash, exfoliate, moisturizer, put serum, and primer on my face, every foundation I've tried is soo patchy and dry looking. Please any suggestions?

I would stop using an type of scrub exfoliaters. Also I use a serum at night and put coconut oil on top. It makes my skin smooth and even. Maybe go to Ulta or Sephora and have someone help you. You might need a regimen for really dry skin.

Do you tone? I know a lot of people skin toners and that's one of the main reasons they see uneven skin.

Toners regulate pH and not only will that alone help reduce uneven skin tone but it will also help the other products you put on penetrate more evenly and effectively.
