Believe it or not in India schools don't allow make up so Indian girls start late..I started only when I was 22-23 that too very minimal..it has helped keep my skin young and nice.

I think when ever you feel ready. But no younger than 11 maybe at 13-14 you can start wearing a full face and start wearing makeup almost daily. Some people though are saying 17 because makeup makes you look older and older guys will like you and blah blah blah, but it's just men being men, sometimes they are gross and will look at 13 year Olds, with or without makeup, it's the body they are checking out. But really wear makeup when you feel your ready, don't feel pressured to wear it but don't wait to wear it because people tell you to, if one day you wakeup and feel you want to start wearing makeup go for it.

I think between 13-16 but lean more towards skin care and not too much makeup like a Bb cream/tinted moisturizer, concealer, eyeliner mascara and lip gloss and that's it to look natural.

I think 15 is a good age my girls (7 and 3) will learn how to care for there skin before they can wear it.

Ummm I'd say @ 15 you can have mascara and lipgloss and maybe at 17 use eyeshadow and blush but I think at 18 is a good age to start using foundation and such. I just turned 20 and for me I never liked makeup. Didn't like the feeling of it on my face. Felt like wearing a mask and it was uncomfortable for me. Still to this day I don't use foundation or such. I jus like eyeliner and a good lip. Maybe one day ill change my mind about it but for now I love what I look like and don't feel the need to wear makeup. Only on occasions. When I have kids and if I have a girl I will teach her that makeup will always be there.. Jus enjoy being a kid and once it's time for a change we will go for the natural look.makeup should bring out what you have not change what you look like. My opinion <3
