Hi Lysette. You can't shop on the app yet, only on the website. (But app-shopping is coming soon!)

For now, if you go here: http://www.beautylish.com/shop you will be able to browse our boutiques and use your credit! The website should work fine on a mobile browser, if you are using your phone.

If you got one when you signed up, you won't get another one (sorry!). But we have a bunch of people who singed up before we started giving them out... so we decided to send them out to all those folks, as a Thank-You for being with us from the early days. ;)

If you are one of those old-timers, and didn't get a credit when you first signed up, you should get yours any time now...  :D

Okay I found out. If you get something for $6 then it subtracts that 6 and you pay the $5 shopping. If you get something for $12 then it subtracts $10 and you pay only $7 (leftover $2 + the $5 for shipping)

If anybody didn't get one when they signed up, and still hasn't gotten one, you should email help@beautylish.com, so we can see what happened.

One thing to know though... right now we only ship within the United States, so we only sent them to folks in the US. (Sorry everybody else...! We are going to add international shipping as soon as we can!)

Is it always $5 shipping? I was going to buy a pair of Sugarpill lashes ($6) but I am not paying $5 shipping for something that weighs around 2 ounces packed... I've sent heavier bubble-mailers with a postage stamp!

Hi Emily...

Yeah, because we currently send everything via FedEx (typically two day air), we need to always charge $5. (FedEx actually charges us quite a bit more.) In the future, we plan to add additional shipping options. Free shipping for small orders sent via USPS will probably be one of those options -- it certainly make more sense for people who don't mind waiting a little longer to get their stuff.
