Kohl's has a lot of pretty spring clothes that can be dressed up or down. They had some really chic pastel blouses and floral pants and skirts when I was there last week. You could do a floral skirt, a nice blouse, and sparkly/decorated sandals with some jewelry (depending on the weather where you are).
