Hi Stephany,
What counter is it at? Most counters wear all black but some such as Estee Lauder or Bobbi Brown also wear Navy and White. It's safest to go the all black route and look professional but that you're in the know of latest trends.
As for makeup, visit the counter you are interviewing for. See what the other girls are wearing. Some counters will have modest makeup while others have extreme. Try and mimic what emulates that counter's presence.
I'm sure you'll get it though - your makeup in your pictures look flawless! Good luck!

I am 100 % positive to wear all black! (I work at a counter) and more makeup I would do something natural but with a pop of colour! And keep your hair up!

Hey I work at Macy's for Impulse cosmetics. My area is a bit different from most counters as in they told us to dress more casual and trendy. But for the interview definitely dress business like. All the posters they have of Macy's associates are of them wearing business suits. It's kind of weird actually lol but they do like the professional look. So put on your best slacks and don't be afraid to put a pop of color in. I wore a cobalt blue sweater and they loved it.
As for makeup, I'd keep that to a minimum. or at least keep it neutral and then later on you can pull out the more adventurous looks. Just make sure it's flawless. The biggest thing about working at a counter is looking pretty and driving sales. And you look beautiful in the pic so I'm sure you'll be fine. :)
Oh! Your hair doesn't have to be up. Just make sure it's out of your face.
Hope that helps!
