I'm going out tomorrow night for a friends birthday and really wanna wear black lipstick. Do I keep my eyes neutral? or just liner? any and all advice appreciated!

Hi Aimee,

Definitely keep the eyes neutral but load up on mascara. If wearing liner, keep it tight lined along the lash line. Do you already have a black lipstick? If not, try Armour's gloss in Femme Fatale - very chic and glamorous instead of "halloweeny" - for lack of better words. Have fun!
