I would go get a facial and see if they can extract it otherwise go to a dermatologist. Apply a warm compress for now to take down the swelling and pain.

I honestly just had one yesterday (in the same spot) and I went to the dermatologist and he put a little bit of cortisone in it and today its gone. Eventually they will go away on their own but if you want them gone quickly the only way is to go to the dermatologist and have them inject cortisone into it (I swear that stuff works wonders). Or be put on medications by your doctor cause the same thing happened to me two years ago and that's what they did although it didn't go away as quickly.
