I have heard a lot if good reviews on YouTube about this product, but some people also said it makes your hair fall out? Please if you have used this line, what was your experience?

I've used this for a while! doesn't make hair fall out- at least mine. but didn't change my anything about my scalp dryness and didn't help my hair the way I truly needed it to. I'm now using and loving biolace shampoo.

I agree w/ Stephany and Rachel - no fall out and smells awesome. The first time I used it I was blown away by the feel of washing my hair with it and the fragrance lasted two days in my hair. I found it made my hair so smooth, too. It fades color fast though, even the 'color care' one.
