I put the cleanser and moisturizer up to the middle of my nose after applying it everywhere else and making sure not to get it too close to my eyebrows, but only put Epiduo to the tip of my nose after applying it everywhere else since the eyes are the most sensitive part on the face.
Once everything was dry and soaked in, I began to apply my Revlon ColorStay Foundation (I haven't put on a single drop of any kind of makeup on my face since starting the regimen) and noticed that my skin was getting extremely red and it felt like there were fire ants biting everywhere on my face which I thought was very odd since I do everything the instructional video says and am extra careful about the amount that I put on to avoid any problems.
I immediately went to my mom in a panic asking if it was serious, if I was maybe allergic to an ingredient in the foundation, if I was breaking out in a rash, so she just told me to wash the foundation off right away and see where it goes from there.
I took the picture after I washed the foundation off, it's been about 45 minutes now and has somewhat calmed down.
I want to call the dermatologist or doctor, but my mom still wants to see how it is over time.
Could it be because the Epiduo or moisturizer actually wasn't completely dried, one of the products' ingredients had a reaction with the foundation's ingredients, etc?
Side note: please ignore how absolutely beyond disgusting I look~

I agree with your mum give it some time to calm down and loose some redness. If it persists try abit of aloe vera on the redness and that should help soothe it. If it still persists then go to a doctor and take the products you used with you.

Oh my gosh Hun that must hurt so much! ;( check out the ingredients in both your makeup you were using and the products for your skin care routine! Benzoyl peroxide doesn't work out well for everyone so that might be it :/ also if your foundation wasn't water based that could mean it was the oils. Hope I helped a bit and its nothing to serious! X.

It's gone down a little bit more since posting this, although I'm still definitely going to look at the drug facts and ingredients on everything. Thanks, girls! ❤

OMG that happened to me!! I usually use a soap free gentle cleanser and switched to a beauty formula pink grapefruit wash, I usually exfoliate every 2-3 days with gloves, and so I used my gloves and pink grapefruit wash and the exact same thing happened, my face was bright red, burning, itchy, bumpy had heat rash and just felt raw.
I checked the packaging and noticed that it was a cobcentrated formula with a high salicylic acid level, I'm assuming it reacted with my skin and the gloves didnt help - I took the top layer of skin off!
strangely it lasted about a week and I'm not going to lie it didnt get any less painful, but once it healed my skin looked fantastic! I WONT be trying it again though!!
good luck hun hope you get better, my advice, tone down your chemical use, go for gentle and sensitive for a while xxx

Definitely do a patch test next time before jumping into new products. Try natural alrernatives like mineral foundation and some aloe will do the trick! Also try taking a cold shower, taking medicine to reduce swelling.

Put aloe vera on it or vaseline!
