I saw on Pinterest to put aloe vera gel in ice cube trays freeze & rub on the area. Seemed legit! Also, vinegar help too! You smell bad but it does help the inflammation.

Vitamin e. the pure oil is very very sticky so you're going to want to apply it at night probably and just deal with sticking to your clothes.. it heals a sunburn very quickly. in high school I used to pop open vit e capsules with a pin and get the oil out that way but now I know I can get the oil on its own;)

I like to use the fruit of the earth aloe vera gel. This stuff has no added color, fragrance or ingredients. I got a good sized bottle of this at walmart for about three dollars. You can use this straight out of the bottle or put some in ice cube trays to freeze it and rub over the affected area. If the sunburn is really bad, mix a drop or two of lavender essential oil in with a big dollop of the gel and apply as needed. Lavender has anti inflammatory properties and has been used for centuries as a natural cure for burns (sunburns included), pimples, infections and inflammations of the skin. I hope this was helpful! And be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen next time so you don't have to endure another nasty sunburn! Good luck :)
