Spot Marks Not Acne Just Casual Spots.

Hey every one dose any one know how to get ride of spot scares? I get them after every time I get sports (which is a lot ) some of the marks fade and some stay and look horrible and I can contour my cheeks because of them it just looks silly. Can some on please give advise on how to cover them or get ride of them that is fairly cheap because I am skint thank you :)
Ps I live in the uk if that makes a difference

I do use make up but some times it's hard to cover.

I'd invest in some good foundation and concealer and watch some how to videos to see how to really cover them up. You could also see a dermatologist and ask if they have any advice or products that help remove them permanently

Try a cleanser that treat blemishes like the clean and clear blemish control also try vitamin e oil its good for scar removal and the best part is that you won't have to spend the rest if your life covering the spots up they will be gone for good ;) but apply the oil before bed because it is greasy on cleansed skin it's healthy for you skin cuz it's natural it clears the blemish and treats scar tissue and its cheap and you can get it at your local drugstore :)
