This is my favorite!! I got it 2 years ago and I'm just NOW running out!! it last really long, its super black and it's only 1$ at my Walmart!!

For liquids try using one that has a felt tip they help define and make the line precise and it will give you the best cat eye affect if your are going for one!:) for liquid liners some of the really good ones that I have tried are from Almay the little dip and slide one and one from maybelline

From the drugstore, I would recommend Milani's Ultrafine Liquid Liner in Black Vinyl (Matte black) It is very long lasting and pigmented.
