What's the best shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair?

I don't know about hair products but olive oil helps a lot! You can put olive oil in your hair from your scalp to your ends and leave it in overnight, it helped me a lot.

I agree with Laura. I don't use olive oil but coconut oil instead. But I hear olive oil works as well. Try to stay away from shampoos that have sodium laurel sulfate. It strips your hair and will only further damage your hair.

Try keratin treatments, it locks the dead ends, gives smooth and shiny hair. But it's expensive too. You can try mixing olive oil, almond oil and coconut oil in equal proportion and heat the mixture slightly before application. Apply on hair along with scalp, concentrating on ends. Then cover your hair with warm towel to give steam for half an hour. It gives amazing results. You can also use L'oreal shampoo and conditioner for damage hair along with that.
