So I've been wearing my clip on extensions for about 5-6 months everyday because I really love the length & definition it gives my curls & braids but I'm getting annoyed of the routine in mornings. I've considered sewn on extensions but I've heard its bad because your real hair can fall out. any tips or suggestions?? please & thanks!:)

Please stay with the clip ins because ik weird story but my mom got hers sewn in and they gave her soooo much pain and head aces also her braids did fall out of her hair when she took them out and more than half of her hair was gone like GONE so she is staying with clip ins and she says if she has to she will wake up extra early to do her hair lol but really stay with the clip ins!!

Only get sew ins of your hair is thick cuz it will tear thin hair out. And if you do go with sew in only get a partial. Make the braids go no higher than the top of your ears. It'll still give it length without any damage to your hairline. I tried extensions also but the early morning wake up killed me! So I wear partial sew ins now. Much easier and permanent.

I have had both , and now I use clip ins just so simple that is all I can say put them on take them off ( look after them ofcourse ) but when I've sewn on entention an hour getting ready is two hours washing your hair is extra effort taking nits apart from your hair , leaving conditioner and shampoo to dry in the brade and weave it is just a headache simple as this , my opinion only it's what works best for me and my hairstyle hope it's helpful :)

Maybe try glue in, its not as bad for your hair as sew in, but they stay in for a while unlike clip ins.

Sew ins will not damage your hair. My mom is a hairstylist and I have been raised around some of the best weave technicians. Sew ins are great for long term wear. clip ins are good for easy everyday wear and glue in is good for short period wear but if you don't know what you are doing stay away from glue ins... I think you sound fine with clip ins to be honest.
