I need a face primer that will not make me oily. I was thinking of tarte or benefit porefessional. Between the two, which one is better?

I've never tried the Tarte, but Porefessional is AMAZING for my skin. It doesn't make me all oily, and it helps keep my cheeks looking like the moon's surface!
There's also a primer from Becca...poreless priming perfector, or something? I've heard a lot of people say it's just as good as Benefit's, but it doesn't contain silicone! I've been lusting after it for the past few days...
