Is the elf gel eye liner any good? if not what is a really good gel liner that I can get at target.

Loreal gel liner is amazing! I prefer that over my Mac fluidline

It depends on what kind of finish you like, and the complexion you have. I tried elf and felt as though the color wasn't opaque enough against my brown skin. For $3 it won't hurt to give it a shot.

I hated the ELF one (love the rest of their stuff though). It was too sheer, didn't last, and was impossible to get a smooth line. I like the Physicians Formula gel liners, they come in a stack of three (black, brown, and purple).
