I've already had gel nails (where you apply the gel from the pots with a brush) but I want to know if I can make my nails longer with tips and then, instead of the gel, apply gel nail polish to them.

Hi Rita, I've done it with tips and regular nail polish. I would recommend making sure the tip is as flush with your natural nail as possible.
And would caution your natural nail could thin out from having the tip on them. Will you post your nail look?
