Hey everyone!
Overall, I have very healthy hair. I dye it every few months, but other than that I wash it with Paul Mitchell Quinoa Color Safe Shampoo and Conditioner every two or three days and use tea tree oil on my roots and argon oil on my ends as well. My hair looks healthy to the eye and rarely has split ends.
I've had very thick hair all my life, but I swear, my hair falls out so much it's like I'm shedding. It comes out in clumps from time to time, in and out of the shower. It comes out when I do anything to my hair. My mom and I find my hair everywhere: my floor, the bathroom, the van, even in her room and on her clothes!
I'm trying to grow my hair out, but it's hard when a lot of my hair is falling out and not all the same length anymore.
Do y'all have any ideas on what could be the problem? Any solution ideas are appreciated as well. Thank you!

We lose about 100+ strands of hair everyday but if you're really concerned then see your doctor and get a blood panel done to make sure you don't have any deficiencies or anything else (:

Hi Emma, having more hair fall out than usual can also be caused by your vitamin intake. There are special vitamins that help your skin, hair and nails. It's very common that women lack these vitamins and they're sold quite often. If you want to solve it natural you could check which vitamins are in these pills and just eat it in form of vegetables or something.
However some people just experience more hair loss than others, then you could try shampoo to help. In Holland it's called Alpecin, which especially helps to reduce hair loss and make your roots stronger.
