Hello, I'm new in this community I just want to know everyones opinion to what happened with my hair. I have a long, black asian hair and thick too. I went to salon to salon to compare prices and read reviews as well as for the stylist. So I decided to go this store choose this styliest were going to name her Lisa. So shes pretty good, experienced, been a hair stylist for 18years and even won some hair competition. She told me out would take probably 2 sessions or more to reach the goal I want which is grey. I am okay to have a damage hair, some split ends, dey everything bad I know that. First sessioand then second session happened. She first bleach the left sise of my hair and the right side and the back. While shes applying the bleach in the right side I fel really hot in my ear. She wants to process the back a bit longer but shes nervous that maybe it time to wash it off. When she washed it she mentioned damage but I was okay its normal. Fast forward when she blowdry my hair that was the time I could see lot if hair fall put, and a big part of my right side of my hair had a remaining 3 inch from a really long thick hair. I got panicked and start stressing out I don't want to make a scene. She tild me shell offer once a week hair treatment and hair styling for 4 weeks and also a hair cut. She needs to braid my hair brcause if not either curling it or straighten it will kink out. Its really big part of the right side of my hair that was left 3inch of hair. I don't know if what she offer me is enough thinking that I paid almost $500 for this balayage. The picture I inserted is the reauly which is okay but not the one I really ask for.

You should have asked for your money back.

You should go back and speak to the manager or salon owner. They should either give you a refund or fix it for free.

Thanks for reapond guys! I was thinking that tooo to refund but the refund isnt enough they chopped my hair out. Like a lot of my hair so probably I should ask for hair treatment, toner and specially styling. Its really hard to braid the chopped haird. This is my hair see the pic.
