Do you think you may have had an allergic reaction to something you ate? I have never experienced this before. What foundation are you using?

I don't think it's anything I havent tried anything new recently and it's only on my face, I think it could be armani luminous silk but I have tried so many new products recently it's so difficult to tell what it could be

Don't try anything newer, and wait for the allergy pills to work. Take them as many times as directed. If it's still there for 72 hours, book an appointment with your doctor. It's not urgent, because it isn't your throat or eyes, but you should still get it checked.

Generally, try to stick to one new product every 21 days. You might just have sensitive skin or dermatitis. In 21 days if you haven't figured out what caused it, try one product at a time. 21 days is about how long your skin will cycle on your face, so you'll have fresh skin to test products on.

Have a wait for another few days and see if it proceeds to go down, I had something similar like this happen only mine was a skin infection that I mistook for my skin just acting up until it was all scabs and gross lol, I had to go on antibiotics to get rid of it, was from using a cheap makeup powder so be careful and keep your eye on it just Incase. Is it itchy?

To calm the redness and possible itchy ness try make a oatmeal paste and applying it on the areas for relief.

It does look like Dermatitis.

I agree that Benadryl was/is a good idea and I would be sure to take that consistently as directed, but I also agree that an oatmeal paste would provide soothing and allow the skin to calm itself, promoting healing.

I'd steer clear of all foaming cleansers (or washing of the area itself with cleanser, aside from rinsing off the oatmeal) I'd also keep the water temperature very cool, pin up my hair as to avoid any irritation, and not put any make-up on it. Wearing a V-neck and using a fresh pillowcase with clean sheets also will help if it is, indeed, an irritation. Keep hair spray away, perfume overspray, all skincare and cosmetics...just keep the skin as a whole clean. Pure Aloe (no alcohol added) if you're having a lot of dryness.

If you really want to help it along, you can use a low-dose cortisone topical cream, such as Cort-aid5 from the drugstore or their generic Cortisone cream is fine. This over-the-counter, low dose of cortisone reduces inflammation (bumps) and will also stop irritation, allowing skin to heal.
(If you went to a Derm, that's most likely what they'd give you, only at a higher strength. Possibly a shot to speed things up.) I'd also definitely drink Green Tea (decaff). Green Tea is anti-inflammatory, both internally and externally.

I'd note that the topical cream should be applied with a very light hand on clean dry skin for no more than 3 days. These are intended as treatments and not as a long-term solution for illness.
If in 3 days your face hasn't both calmed itself or cleared, please, see your Physician or a Derm. I had this happen to me last year and it was gone in a few days with the cream and Benadryl. I'd return my foundation and get a few testers instead (test patching). Your skin may be hyper sensitive for a little while as it continues to heal, even after the bumps are gone.
Hope you feel better soon.
