First off, hey! I never really get on this site anymore because the app won't let me post/reply, so I can only get on when I'm on my laptop which sucks!
Anyway, I have 20% off at Ulta (valid on prestige brands) and a $20 gift card and I had three things in mind
-Too Faced hangover primer
-Stila stay all day liquid liner (a repurchase)
-buxom lip gloss
Any suggestions??

As for the 3 things you mentioned, I really like the hangover primer! Its really nice!

I agree with all of Alexis's suggestions. I just picked up KaBrow yesterday and wow! It puts Dip Brow to shame. And I actually like the brush it comes with. I also picked up Benefit Galifornia and it's gorgeous. Ulta also has the NARS Audacious lipsticks which are excellent. 20% makes a difference with that price point. Also, UD and It Cosmetics are 5x the points right now. UD Naked foundation is great- the lip liners, the Vice lipsticks, 24/7 eyeliners, Perversion mascara, powder foundation, setting spray. It Bye Bye Redness is great if you have any redness to conceal. The gel liners are nice too.

It for Ulta Brushes if you don't have them. Kind of mindblowing how high quality and soft they are.
I don't care for Hangover. I run very dry and I don't think it does anything a great moisturizer (for less money) can do. It never extends my make up or enhances application. I honestly felt that was a waste for me, personally. I think if you're only a hint dry...even then, there's better in my view.
I love the Buxom gloss. I also love Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker, which has a slight tingling, but it leaves the lips looking so sexy and feeling smooth. I use it center lip and always get compliments.
I have the Buxom in a few glosses and "Lauren" is the one I keep in my purse. I love that it adds a bit of hydration and shine, but also a hint of sparkle that catches the light so beautifully. In the bottle it looks very glittery, but it's quite subtle and so fun for Spring and Summer.
Urban Decay has the Ultimate Pair, which is a lipstick and a liner for $22, which is a sweet deal considering the quality and pigment. The colors are gorgeous (Firebird and Jilted as well as EX Girlfriend Lipstick and Naked 2 liner are absolute favorites.)
The Anatastia Metallic liner for the eyes is gorgeous in the inner corner and smudged out just beneath the eyes in that inner corner. I have both the gold and the silver. Eyes pop and it really photographs beautifully.

Can confirm that It Cosmetics brushes are amazing and I would recommend either their regular or ULTA exclusive line. Some of the best synthetic fibers I've ever used. I'm quite sure they're using something similar to the Natrafil fiber that's been making waves recently.
