Morphe has decent palettes. Not the best, but not the worst either. They are good starter palettes so you can figure out what colors you like so if and when you decide to invest in more expensive palettes, you'll know which colors would be a better investment. Yes, that is the famous morphe 35 O. This palette comes in an all matte, an all shimmer and the original mix of matte and shimmers. I only posted the matte one.

Although the all matte one is called 35 OM.
The mixed one is the 35 0.

If you want to spend a little more too faced natural matte palette is a good one it's $36.
