Best eyeshadow palette. Affordable?

I keep trying to find a good and an affordable eyeshadow palette but when I research the brand it's always a US brand, I live in Canada. I need a matte brown, rose gold, bronze and good highlight as well.

The tartlette in bloom pallet if it's available in Canada is beautiful. It has a very pretty rose gold and shimmer bronze-y shade, perfect mattes, including a brown and a very nice matte highlight (if you mean brow bone...I prefer a matte brow highlight) It's more expensive then $30, but it's my everyday makeup pallet and worth every penny!!
