I really like the Garnier mecellier water. I always use makeup wipes first and then I use that afterwards to clean the rest because the wipes don't always get everything.

The IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Makeup is amazing, it's very gentle but super effective plus it doesn't irritate my eyes like some other products do (:

I could be wrong but I don't think the micellar water is an effective cleanser. I use that to remove my makeup then go in with my Clinique cleanser.

Thankyou it cosmetics isn't available in You.K. I don't think. I should've mentioned that I am looking for an oil/balm/milk which washes off. Thankyou so much for the recommendations however ❤️❤️❤️

Love the Clinique take the day off cleansing balm. I also double cleanse and this is one of the few that actually rinses clean with no residue.

Hey guys, I don't have a recommendation but I was wondering: if I use a micellar water then a cleanser with my foreo luna, is it worth it to double cleanse?

I like the Boscia Tsubaki oil cleanser to remove my makeup and clean my skin. I like the gel consistency and it doesn't leave residue on my skin. I use BioDerma Micellar water in the morning since I'm not removing makeup- it takes off any residual oil left over from my night cream/ oil treatments.

I wholeheartedly agree with clinique's take the day off cleansing balm.
It removes even the toughest makeup and rinses off like a cleansing milk. It's akin to using an oil like coconut to remove your makeup - minus the residue you're typically left with.
@Lara Micellar is part of a first cleanse, you still need to use a regular cleanser after.

I LOVE The Body Shop Chamomile Cleansing Balm. It has a consistency like coconut oil, solid at room temperature, but when you sparse it with your fingers it melts into the skin and removes every trace of makeup, even waterproof mascara. I highly recommend it as a first step in your cleansing routine.

I use bioderma's micellar water on a cotton pad only for my eye makeup (somehow I feel more comfortable than with oil/milk based removers because I feel they get in my eyes... Maybe its just me tho). Then I proceed with a cleansing oil for the rest of the skin. I've used Antonia Burrell's before and I looooooved it! It didnt leave any residue or feel greasy after you removed it with water, and my skin felt so fresh and clean. Unfortunately its expensive and hard to find, so I switched to Bobbi Brown's, which works just as well and has a similar rosemary/lavender scent. The texture of both oils is amazing! They feel very light in their oil form, but then you can add a little water and work them on your skin and the oil shifts into a milky texture. Then I use my clarisonic with the Nars gentle cream cleanser and, for the first time, the brush head is still white afterwards!!
@Dana, I don't think micellar water is an effective cleanser when it comes to skin. I think its great for smaller specific areas, but even if you use 3-4 cotton pads for your skin, I feel like half the makeup is still on my face. I used to do that before adding a cleansing oil to my routine, and the clarisonic brush would end up full of makeup after the cleaning process.
