Hair growth & thickening remedies!

I've tried a lot of remedies & store bought products just to thicken and grow my hair. overtime yes they worked somewhat depending on the remedy/product, but everytime my hair gets healthy, for some reason I like to f* *** it up by dying my hair & straightening it. & so right now I'm trying to work on strengthening & growing my hair. so basically,
!!please let me know remedies that worked well! thank you!!

Try a coconut oil hair mask. It put life back into my hair. So did the Redken Cat Protein Spray, use it as directed and my hair felt soo much better from a dying mishap in September after about a week. :)

Rogaine. I had a hair person on set tell me this and it's been my life changer. Keeps hair in a growing cycle and works better for women then men and generic is way cheaper
