If you use a heavy duty concealer the same color of your skin, apply it with a thin brush to cover all the mark, then blend the edges. Apply tour foundation as usual.
Additionally there are some products that will slowly vanish that marks, you should ask your derm.

Make sure you're exfoliating and using SPF. Also products with vitamin C will help fade the dark marks over time.

Try a vitamin c serum paired with an AHA or BHA chemical exfoliant they really helped fade my acne scars - but it took about 6 months to really fade them but I saw results within the first 2 weeks - I used Paula's choice products and I posted photos of my progress on my profile here so you can see how they faded - now I still have some because I get new acne every month and like you it always leaves marks so it's a constant battle for me dealing with the acne then dealing with the scarring - so a better solution would probably be to speak with my dermatologist but I just don't make time to see one - so if you have the time then I suggest you see one but if not then these products can help fade them over time

I use a combination of BHA exfoliant, niacinamide boosting product in the a.m. under SPF, and a vitamin C booster at night.
There are other products I use, but those are the ones I focus on for discoloration from acne.
