I'm reading that there's apparently a huge difference between soft ochre and painterly.

I'm extremely overwhelmed! I'm an NC15 in Mac, can someone tell me which I am??

Painterly is a cool tone and Soft Ochre is a warm tone. Generally, fair to light skintones use Painterly & medium to tan prefer Soft Ochre. But you can use either if it works for you.

Soft ochre has a yellow undertone and painterly is more neutral
