I'm obsessed with Criminal Minds, and JJ's makeup is so pretty, can someone please instruct me on how to recreate the look?

She usually just seems to be wearing a light foundation with rosy blush, cat eye liner and mascara with a light sheer pink lip.

Here's my take.
- Whatever face makeup you fancy
-concealer
-set with whatever powder you like
-light blush
- maybe a very light sweep of contour/bronzer powder
-a very light handed application of a highlight (if you like a highlight if not don't worry about it)
- light base eye color ie champagne, cream, pale pink, or light brown
-pop a darker brownish color in your crease and blend
-line your eyes then smudge the liner a little
-mascara
-natural looking eyebrow
-a light lip color I.e. Nude, light pink, sheer red, or a mauve color
Her makeup is pretty natural and soft, so going for that is probably the closest you'll get to her makeup style.
