Nice Matte Palletes

Hey guys!! so I'm looking to get a all matte or mostly matte eyeshadow palette. my top two choices are the tartiest pro palette and the naked basics pallete. my price range is under 60$ and I would like the shadows to be very pigmented since I do have darker skin, blendable and come with a decent amount of shadows. so at least 10. do any of you have any recommendations or have tried the.

I love the morphe 350M 35 color matte nature glow eyeshadow pallet it is very pigmented and very inexpensive

I highly suggest the Naked Ultimate Basics, the shadows have great pigmentation and are so easy to blend. The Tarteist Pro palette actually isn't as great as a lot of these YouTubers are making it seem.

Too Faced is releasing a new Chocolate Bar Palette on Black Friday.
The Dark Chocolate Chip is all mattes. They're also releasing the White Chocolate Chip at Sephora which a mix of light matte and shimmer shades.
