Okay so can you use eyeshadow palettes from your personal makeup collection is your pro makeup kit as well if you disinfect it?

I keep my personal palettes separate. I know how hard it is to build a kit. If you invest in a Viseart palette for your pro kit, you can create so many looks with it. Add a few shimmer colors (MUG or even MAC is low in price) and you will have a good starting kit to do eyes with.
You can definitely disinfect your existing palettes but then I would keep them in your pro kit- don't go back and forth from personal to pro.
