Hello lovelies! So it's Christmas wish list time and I am completely torn between the naked ultimate basics and modern renaissance? Which one would you rather have? Also, what is on your Christmas wish list?

I think it depends on which you would wear more. Naked basics is neutrals while modern renaissance has neutrals but also has reds and pinks.
I have the modern renaissance and I absolutely looove it. I think it is a good quality palette and you can do both neutral and more colorful bold looks with it.
I don't have the other so I'm not sure what it's like :)

And as far as makeup on my Christmas list, probably the Huda beauty rose gold palette and some perfume!

I love the Anastasia palette! The shadows are creamy and blend so well. I would go for the Anastasia palette over the Naked palettes. Primarily because I own both, and my Naked palette is one I rarely reach for and the colors the modern palette are more enjoyable to me.

I have both palettes and love them both so I'm torn, lol. I would probably go with the Anastasia first only because I found myself to be more excited for that one to come out because of the shades in it, I love those reds! If you're more into neutrals, though, go for the Naked Ultimate Basics.

I haven't picked up the UD but I do have the ABH palette. I absolutely love it for creating warm toned looks.
Which one I'd recommend is dependant on what you feel like your collection is lacking. If you have a billion neutral palettes and don't feel like you neeeeed a bunch of mattes in the same palette, I'd go for the ABH. If you're just starting out or you already have 600 warm shadows and a berry and red... I'd say the UD is the one to get.
For my wishlist, I'm thinking the TF Sweet Peach is the only palette on it. My entire (mostly skincare) haul is wrapped up, the only reason why my boyfriend let me do so much damage. I'm dropping hints about a really pretty ring on sale tomorrow but he thinks that's my way of saying "I want you to engage" despite me telling him it's not real diamonds... He's been forewarned I'm pretentious.

I don't know about you but Modern Renaissance palette was life changing for me!
