Try the Aztec secret healing clay. Works wonders for me? After a few uses, you really see a difference. Mix the powder with apple cider vinegar and it's like a miracle!

Unless you are allergic to aspirin, I think almost anybody can benefit from a good salicylic acid product. I'm open to being proven wrong, but the only ones I trust come from Paula's Choice. The rest of my routine tends to be more open, though I do still use quite a few products from them.
Benzoyl Peroxide is a gold standard acne fighter, though it can cause sensitivity (I don't leave it on overnight for that reason). Acne.org and Paula's Choice make good products with a good amount in the package so that you can use it as more than a spot treatment, which is important as acne is something you should be treating constantly even if you don't have visible breakouts.
Sun protection is an absolute must, because sun damage makes literally all skin conditions worse. It impairs your skin's ability to heal itself and speeds the aging process.
Secondary products include retinol/prescription retinoids, vitamin c boosters/serums, and niacinamide products, which all work to either improve pore function, fade hyperpigmentation, or both.

Quit dairy and you will love yourself for this. I had acne for 10 years it was on my face, back and arms. I tried everything like herbal methods, seen many doctors, high end products nothing worked.
If you do this. Do tell me the results

Tea tree oil, or vitamin E oil/night cream! It's best to keep your skincare as minimal and consistent as possible. Good luck

So I know this really isn't what you're asking, but have you ever tried Aczone? it's a prescription from your dermatologist. I use it everyday. before I started using it, I was like you and had bad acne for a long time and I started using Aczone and my acne cleared right up. it's a bit on the expensive side if you don't have good insurance but it's totally worth it. I hope this helps!

I've had acne for about 5 years and I still can't get it to do away. I've tried everything under the sun it feels like with a couple trips to the dermatologist and nothing works. I've done all topical treatments so if I were to go to the doctor again, are there any oral medications I can suggest to her? otherwise what are some essential oils or just oils I can use to try and help?? it's mostly on my chin and under my nose but recently it's been starting to be everywhere. please help!
