Hairspray transfers everywhere, including your fingers if you barely touch it. Honestly the best option is a wig.

Do you have any suggestions for how to achieve a temporary black hair colour by chance?

Hey guys, so for Halloween I'm wanting to use the temporary black hair spray. The only problem is, I don't want it transferring on to everything. I have heard that if you spray it with hairspray afterwards it doesn't transfer. Is that true? If it is, how long would the hairspray lock in the colour?
