So I thought that when products are made in China they are required to test on animals by law. is that incorrect or it it just some companies. I have a pencil liner that says made in China but it also says not tested in animals

It is only required if it is sold in china so that may be possible because they may make it in China for cheap but not sell it there.

I believe that if it's SOLD in China it's tested on animals, not necessarily if it's made there.
