What's a good eyeliner for your waterline (aka not liquid). My mabeline one I have now doesn't last very long and looks bad. Let me know if you have any good ones!

I prefer to use the Lancome Le Stylo Waterproof pencil. It's a little pricy but worth it. I have trouble with eyeliners smudging and getting all over the place. I don't have any issues with this one. It's double ended with one side being the eyeliner and the other side is a smudging tool. On a cheaper side, I've heard that ColourPop pencils are good for the waterline. The only other one I've personally tested that works great is the Urban Decay 24/7 pencils. Those also work nicely and don't smear.

If the Lancome pencil is too pricy, check out L'Oréal at the drugstore... same company and this products are usually pretty close to the same quality. Try their Infallible pencil. Walgreens has L'Oréal products on sale this week for Buy 1, Get 1 - 1/2 off.

Hailey I have to try mac fluid line...EVERYTHING runs on me (both upper and waterline) even the inglot doesn't work on me!
