Help me please!! I have acne prone skin and I cannot seem to find any good primer, foundation, concealer nothing!! By the first hour my makeup is already coming off my nose and chin. My flaky skin seems to get worse. I just can't seem to find the right coverage! Help!!

Do you have seborrheic dermatitis at all? It's pretty common but not well known, and what I tend to suspect when someone has oily but also flaky skin. It's the same thing that causes dandruff on the scalp; excess oil feeds an overgrowth of a type of yeast fungus that causes flaky, problematic skin.
If this sounds at all like what you are dealing with, there are ways to treat it and reduce the symptoms. I have mine under decent control finally, after years of misidentifying what my skin was doing.

I have combination skin. I absolutely love the Stila 3 Step Primer. it's the one that has 3 colours swirled together (green, beige, and lavender). it's good on dry patches but it also works on oily patches. Sometimes on hot days I will also put on Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer.
For foundation I'm loving Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation or L'Oréal True March.
I don't use concealer often but when I do I use NYX HD Concealer.

Before talking makeup products, it's important to ensure your skincare regimen is working well for your needs, to give yourself a good canvas to apply the makeup to. If you're interested in suggestions for Skincare, post back and let me know. As far as foundation goes, Becca's Ultimate Complexion Creme works well for me. It's a full coverage, Waterproof foundation. It literally doesn't budge until you remove it with cleanser. It's absolutely beautiful on the skin. If you want a little glow or to lessen the coverage, you can mix in a liquid illuminator (Becca makes some excellent ones), or I've been known to mix in the IT Cosmetics CC Cream/foundation which has good skincare ingredients inside it.
For concealer, the only thing I use now is Tarte Shape Tape. It's the only product that provides full coverage for me while not fading or slipping away.

Right now I use Bioré baking soda wash and twice a week I use a rice base scrub from dermalogica then for my moisturizer I use Aveeno. My primer I use is pixi from Target and then I use LORAC Porefection foundation and powder. But this is my third time on a different path and still nothing😩

Oh and then at night time I use Neutrogena oil free grapefruit wipes to clear my face.
